Description and Ethnobotany
Growth Form | Slender shrub or small tree, able to grow up to 7 m tall. |

Foliage | Elliptic leaves measuring about 14 – 25 cm by 7 – 10 cm, petiole measuring about 3 – 6 cm long, white patches along midrib. |
Stems | Young parts of stem slightly pubescent. |
Flowers | Greenish yellow flowers, usually in clusters of 5. |
Fruits | Fruit size measuring about 10 – 15 mm long, reddish orange. Seeds usually 6, measuring 8 mm by 5 mm. |
Habitat | Can be found in primary rainforest, riverine forest and lowlands. |
Etymology | Genus Leea is named after James Lee (1715 – 1795) who is a Hammersmith nurseryman. |

Submit an export permit as a condition for creating a phytosanitary certificate
Second stage
Laboratory tests to check which plants shipped are really healthy
Third step
Making phytosanitary certificates and double checking by the plant quarantine agency, the ministry of agriculture
Fourth step
Delivery to DHL
