Colocasia fallax


Colocasia fallax, is a species of the family Araceae. This plant is known as “dwarf elephant ear” or dwarf taro.

The leaves of Colocasia fallax have a greenish velvet pattern with a silvery color combination in the middle, with small silver veins radiating from the center to the edges of the leaf. In summer this plant produces small yellowish flower stalks. This plant likes soil that tends to be moist and slightly wet. If placed in a dry location, the soil should be moistened frequently. In good growth, this plant will grow with a unique and beautiful appearance.
